In 1972, the company started it humble beginning under Cheong Cheng Trading Co., a partnership formed by the founders between Mr. Ben Cher, Mr. Francis Cher and Mr. Goh Keng Chin. Subsequently, the business was incorporated in Malaysia on 15 March 1974 as a private limited company under the name of Syarikat Chang Cheng (M) Sdn Bhd. On 25 February 2005, the Company changed its name to SCC Corporation Sdn Bhd. Subsequently, the business was structured under the SCC Holdings Bhd, a public limited company listed on 15 January 2010 at ACE Market.

Animal Health Product Division

Sales, marketing and distribution of non-antibiotic animal health products & clean feed solution for feed mills and farms

AHPD started in 1972 marketing veterinary products from Japan, Korea, Denmark, Norway, Italy, U.K., U.S.A. and other countries. But today, our Animal Health Division realizes better benefit of using non-antibiotic additive for health care for livestock as compare to antibiotic product. Henceforth, we are focusing in the areas of providing non-antibiotic animal feed additives and clean feed program for the health of our future generation.


Food Service Equipment Division

Sales, marketing and distribution of foodservice equipment for the F&B industry

In 1978, another division was set up to distribute foodservice equipment. Today we are one of the leading company that provide ‘One Stop Win-Win Solution’ center for many food operators whom are looking for reliable kitchen equipment, such as rapid cooking ovens, pressure fryers, open fryers, rotisseries, heated holding cabinets, merchandisers, coffee brewers, heavy duty blenders, high speed and heavy duty blenders, popcorn machines etc. The division also brings food ingredient supplies such as popcorn, smoothies, cotton candy and premixes and many more. In additional, the division also imports some of the innovative and latest design of kitchen utensils, accessories and small wares for the commercial kitchen.

SCC Corporation was awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification by Lloyd’s Registered Quality Assurance [LRQA] on 28 April 2008. The purpose of obtain ISO 9001 certification is to ensure our company has obtain an international recognised Quality Management System (QMS) that provide infrastructure, procedures, processes and resources to improve our performance to drive efficiencies, customer satisfaction and product excellence.
